Super convenient stay!

I just loved the location! It was super close to restaurants and shopping, which made things really easy for me. The staff was great, especially Adrianna—so helpful when my son needed a last-minute room! The breakfast was a hit too, especially those cinnamon waffles! But, the reading light by the bed was kinda dim. Could use an upgrade!

I loved being just a short stroll away from the Collierville TN Historic District and Town Square Park, which made my weekend wanderings so enjoyable and memorable.

The breakfast was delicious with cinnamon waffles! Only downside was the rusty elevator that needs some attention. Overall, it was a comfy place to stay! 😊

i stayed here for a quick overnight stop, and it was much better than my last visit to collerville. the room was spacious and clean. I loved the breakfast variety, especially the cinnamon waffles! friendly staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

The room was good-sized with a huge bathroom and a shower big enough for two. The black-out curtains were a game-changer for sleep. Overall, very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the reading light by the bed. it was way too dim to read anything comfortably. Overall comfy and decent stay.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. Staff found my forgotten earphones on my first stay, showing great care. I highly recommend it and will return next year!

The furniture in my room showed noticeable wear and tear, particularly the damaged TV and refrigerator stand. The bed sheets and towels were rough to the touch, which didn’t make for a comfortable experience. Cleanliness was lacking, with hair found on both the bath and hand towels, and small mold spots in the bathroom grout. The closet design was inconvenient, as the door opened outward and took up too much space. For the price, I expected a more updated and spacious room, not to mention a better selection of healthier breakfast options beyond the basics.

During my week-long stay, I appreciated the attentive and professional staff who made my experience exceptional. The breakfast selection included a variety of options, such as different types of eggs and meats, adding a delightful twist with smoothies. I consistently enjoyed a clean and comfortable room, and the renovation efforts did not disrupt my stay.
